What are the earrings made out of?

All earrings are made out of polymer clay. This is a super lightweight, oven baked clay that is easy to wear and durable. The earring backs and closures are 304 stainless steel, making them safe for those with sensitive ears!

Is there more than one of the same product?

No two pairs of earrings will be the same. There will often be same designs but different shapes. We like to keep things one of a kind! *This does not include Character and Novelty earrings.

What if I like a pair of earrings but do not want them on the closure its connected to?

Simply add a note at checkout saying if you would rather the earrings be on silver or gold - hoops, hooks or ball studs. ie; "Summer Blossoms 3 on gold hooks"

Do you make custom orders?

I sure do! Get in touch via email or socials with a design/ colour scheme you have in mind and browse our site for which shape you would prefer.

Do you offer returns? 

Unfortunately we do not offer returns due to hygiene reasons. However we ask you to please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or flawed and we will get in touch regarding an exchange or replacement. 

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship within New Zealand at this stage.

Do you offer pick up?

Yes, select pick up at checkout and we can arrange pick up in either Papamoa or Taupo.
